Rating Emails were responded quickly. They would even send a confirmation letter when your flower has delivered and who received it.
One thing to improve is the online shopping cart which easily to get double in quantity, and when you get back to fix it, all of your info in the payment page are gone.
All in all, good services and quality in product!

Pink Roses Review by Charmaine
Rating I ordered the pink roses online for my daughter in Stellenbosch for her birthday 27/09.
When the company there delivered peach roses I queried the change in colour with Lize from Flowers for Africa (inMotion Flowers) and she confirmed that they should have delivered pink roses not peach and would look into the matter for me.
Today 28/09 my daughter received another bunch of roses (pink) at no extra costs to us.
I am impressed beyond words with the level of customer satisfaction this company delivers.
It is not the first time I've ordered flowers through them and it certainly is not the last time either.
Thank you soooo much to Lize for the absolute professional and caring manner in which you dealt with me.
Be sure that I will not stop talking about the great service delivery to all my friends, family and colleagues.

Flower orders must be placed before 12:00pm South African time (GMT +2) for same day delivery, Monday – Saturday.
Delivery Times
Our Flowers are made up and delivered by our network of local florists, and while we will always do our best to honour your special requests, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Townships & Rural Areas
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to townships and rural areas.
Sunday Delivery
Flower deliveries available on Sundays in Durban only, and only by prior arrangement. We must receive your order no later than Friday. Excludes certain outlying areas (see delivery restrictions on our Durban florist page). Please choose either Saturday or Monday, and then let us know in the “Special Instructions” if you would prefer Sunday delivery. Note: Flower availability might be limited.
Holidays
Flower delivery may be possible on a public holiday in Durban by prior arrangement; however we can’t offer delivery on holidays for the rest of South Africa.
Please note: We can only deliver flowers to areas that have a local florist. If there is no florist in the area you have selected in your order, we will let you know by email. You can then either choose to send a hamper via courier instead, or we can cancel your order and refund you in full.
